Need Emergency Mesage in WCC Flow Designer

Hello - my organization is using WCC, and I am having a hard time figuring out how to setup an Emergency message (that can be changed on the fly) in Cisco Webex Flow Designer that can be accessed through one of our TFNs.

Example:

Call our main TFN and select hidden option 9

At this point I get stuck as I don't know how to configure: prompt for a PIN (i.e. 1234#) > select what message to play (1 = open, 2 = closed due to unforeseen circumstances, 3 = emergency meeting). In addition, how and where do I setup where this recording can be changed with a PIN?

Thank you for the videocast. It is helpful and it does what I'm asking. However, I need to simplify this as I'm not using APIs.

I simply need to setup a new flow (in a flow designer), play an emergency that is setup from 4 different options. Open, Closed, Delayed, Caution. 1 of these 4 options need to be set through the flow using a 4 digit PIN.
