Need help on IPCC TRACE READING.

Hi. Is there any tool to read the log file of IPCC exp. The files are MIVR and other log files. I heard,to read CCM trace, TAC uses some tools. if any body know for IPCC PLS LET US know.

I've always felt that MIVR logs are pretty much one of the easiest, most human readable logs available. Once you find the call you're looking for use that id to follow the path through the IVR.

I had the same thoughts so i thought i would drag this up and mention that Notepad ++ is pretty useful for MIVR. Once you have the session/task ID you can pretty much filter all the related logs for that one call.

Thought it might be worth a rating and mark as answered since its still open.
