Need some API help for Agent details

Hello Experts -

I have a requirement where, there is an external tool, and they would like to call an API to get the agent details for the specific PQs.

(basically they need Agent details to assign some task separately based on the PQ that is assigned)

does this work on WxCCE platform.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, this would work and is possible with WxCCE.

Remember that WxCCE is basicly just an CCE in the cloud
