.NET dll xmpp client not receiving notifications Finesse12.5 5223 port

My application which uses MatriX .NET dll xmpp client is not able to receive notifications from secure port(5223) on Finesse 12.5.  Xmpp client is not able to connect to Finesse server. 
Certificate is installed in trusted root on the machine. Xmpp Client port is set to 5223.

Not sure what else is required. Can anyone provide suggestions. 

Able to successfully connect and receive notifications from Finesse 10.5 and also from Finesse 12.5 (on 5222 Insecure port.)

Note: Using Pidgin, able to connect and fetch notifications. Same certificate is installed on Pidgin tool. Also, "UseOldStyleSsl" is enabled as this is suggested in Finesse documentation.

What is the exact error you are facing, could you please share that?

The 5223 port is enabled by default, and there are CLIs to restrict the access of it to specific IP addresses. Please make sure there are no restrictions enabled.
