New CCX Application not showing up in CUIC

CCX version 11.6

We added an application with a really brief script into our system recently and for some reason it is not showing up in CUIC.

We had this issue with another (script/app A)and decided to modify the script, which solved this same issue for A.

However I copied the original applications script ( A) to a new script (B) and B is not showing in CUIC under the applications list.

I've compared both and I see no differences as to why A shows but not B.

Is there something we can do to resync or something to help with B to show up?

Hi there

 

Just wondering if you have got an option to refresh the list.

 

  • Refresh—updates both the page and the tree under the Reports drawer to reflect changes anyone has made to add, modify, import, or delete reports or report categories.

I can check this when I get access tomorrow
