no live report on cisco finesse

HI, 

I am  using cisco finesse version 11.5 for contact center agents. Lately it was found that live report on finesse is not shown. It says "Loading Report" and never show report. What could be the possible cause and how do we resolve it?

Please suggest !!

Hi there
This is a known issue if you use Chrome 67. Cisco released a recent patch for this. You can install those or use a different browser.
Symptom:
Report loading get stuck in loading view and page show blank.

Conditions:
With Chrome v67
CUIC 11.5(1), 11.5(1) SU1 and 11.6 and their corresponding ES versions

Workaround:
Fix of the problem available in CUIC11.5ES11 and CUIC11.6ES7

Hi,

 

Please verify the below items

 

  • Check CUIC Data Sources for Live Data Streaming status on both the sides
  • From agent desktop telnet to CUIC IP address with 12008 & 12005 for live data Live Streaming
  • Try to login different browser and accept warning certificates for Finesse and CUIC certificates on both the sides
  • if everything looks good please do system restart for CUIC PUB and sub nodes
