Not receiving events for all agents using peripheral monitor

Hi,

We have built a custom GED-188 connector and connect to the CTI Server using the peripheral monitor service. We register the agent’s extension using the MONITOR_START_CONF message and we receive the corresponding MontorId. The problem is that we receive the events for one agent, but not for the other. Both agents are logged in. We’ve checked the logs and we did not see any errors or anything that would explain this behavior.

Please advise.

Is it possible that one of the agents is on silent monitor?
