I am trying implement Outbound IVR in the following UC environment:CUCM 10.5 with SIP trunks for PSTN, UCCX 10.6.

The call is placed from the Contact List, but the script prompts are not played.

Config items:

CUBE IP - 172.16.254.20, CUCM IP 172.30.4.21

UCCX SIP Gateway Config

Gateway Hostname/IP Address - 172.16.254.20

UDP selected for Transport

All other settings are at default

Campaign - Dedicated Ports = 5, Lines per port = 1

Application - Max number of Sessions = 10

I can try to help if you can tell me is it external call that is not hitting the script or internal. If you can provide the call flow would be great to start with eg Phone - CUCM- UCCX - Script ----etc  .If it is internal call which is not hitting the script then you may want to focus on the internal routing between UCM and UCCX eg CTI port and route point etc.

Call Flow - Contact list has off-net numbers (my cell phone for one). The call is placed and I can answer the cell phone. After saying "hello", the cell phone just gets dead air. Reactive Debug for the script never engages.

Outbound Campaign settings attached.

Take a look at this document:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/voice/cube_proto/configuration/15-mt/cube-proto-15-mt-book/voi-cube-cpa.html

You need a fairy new IOS release, a specific SIP dialog (eg Early Offer) and DSPs using a LTI transcoders config for the call to work.

CPA is now enabled and the outbound call still fails with a code of 17, which is a gateway issue. Any direction on where to look at this?
