Outbound Option, Admin tasks for agents.

Hello Guys,

I am looking for a doc which describes admin tasks to be done by an agent after an outbound call (wrap-up and so on).

I have looked with no chance for the moment.

Admin tasks are applied as they would be to any inbound call.

They would follow the same rules and actions.
