Passing variable via CCX Script

I have a custom gadget that makes an API query to another server when an agent gets a call. The API query contains some values that are not present in the call and i am now using call variables to pass this information from script to the query. Is there any other way to do this, other than using call variable or ECC?

No - Ecc variables is the Way to pass variable from script to finesse
