PCCE_Finesse Agents got error while moving from wrapup to Ready

Hi,

We observed below error on Finesse Agents got error while moving from wrapup to Ready. This is happening intermittently.

Can anyone help me to resolve this.

Which version of PCCE are you running?

My PCCE version is 10.5(1)

10.5(1) is a really , I mean really, buggy version. 

If you call TAC and tell them that chances are the first thing they will say is you need to be 10.5(3). 

I speak from experience with that as we had major confirmed known bugs among the 100 or so listed on 10.5(1) which smoothed out when we moved to 10.5(3).

Agreed. 10.5(3) is the safe harbour for UCCE and PCCE 10.5.

The OP should go there.
