Hi All,
IVR and agent based campaigns are working fine for PSTN customers on V11.6
Some reason , we are planning to configure IVR based campaign for Internal agents. now call is landed to Agent phone once I answered immediately call is disconnecting.
call is waiting in send to VRU node itself. Please advise how to solve this issue.
