PCCE Solutions and AD

Can I install PCCE solutions on an ESXI server with AD(Active Directory) installed and run Deploy? Will there be a problem?

If there is no problem, I want install PCCE 12.5 and proceed with the upgrade to 12.6.

For fresh Installation, you need to Install 12.5 as the Base version and 12.6 for a minor upgrade. And AD we can install Off-box, not in PCCE UCS on-box. And for VM layout please refer Cisco reference design model.
