PCCE/UCCE: report template with wrap-up reason codes

Hi I looking for a CUIC template which has wrap-up code reasons included. Is such a template available for CUIC 12.0? If not do I really need to develop/customize my own report?

Thanks a lot! This solves my issues! But I need to say that I'm wondering a bit that Cisco doesn't provide wrap up report templates and they aren't available anymore on DevNet website.

Hi, glad it resolved your issue. I totally agree, there are a number of types of basic reports like this that Cisco is still missing. There are still Skill Group type reports for instance with no Precision Queue equivalent.
