Planning to upgrade CUIC 11.6 to 12.6(1)

Hi Team,

Planning to upgrade CUIC 11.6 to 12.6(1). Can you please guide on proceed upgrade. 

As per my understanding below are steps understand from Cisco Installation and Upgrade Guide.

1. Upgrade 11.6 to 12 version

2.Post 12 upgrade Install ucos.keymanagement.cop.sgn COP file.

3.  Finally install 12.6(1) UCSInstall_CUIC_12_6_1_UCOS_12.6.1.10000-21.sgn.iso.

Can you please help on above steps are correct?

Hi Vinoth, 

You are on the right track. These are the high-level steps.
Please ensure that you are completing the post-installation task else you may find errors in live data reports (cors configuration and certificate management).
Also, please note that during one of my upgrades I faced an issue where the user permission has been removed from a few of the live data reports and the problem occurs in the Finesse GUI (recent history ..).
