Possibilities to integrate the email history from CIM with business system

We have a possible EIM installation that depends on wether or not it's possible to access customers emial history in EIM from external business system

Does anyone have experiences with this and is it possible?

Its all in the SQL Server. If you have the schema, you can possibly access.

But get eGain to 'clear' this integration.

Hi. Database scheme for CIM is not easy to get your hands on it seems. Anyway the solution for this integration is to be made by eGain Professional services.
