UCCX 5.0(2) Enhanced
Customer wants to prompt callers to opt-in for a post-call survey. When the call with an agent completes they want the call (based on the opt-in response) to route to an IVR to take the survey. Is this possible?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

It's not possible to 'force' a survey (UCCX doesn't have control post-agent) but there are a few workarounds:
