I have CUCM9 ,UCCX9 and 3845 Voice Gateway . the CUCM and UCCX are fully integrated and i can make a call to UCCX trigger number from internal only .but i cannot make a call form PSTN or outside, (number is invalid ) error occurred . the Call control group type is inbound , should i create an outbound control group to make this work .(Fixed)

Hi
Please verify that your Inbound CSS on the PSTN gateway in CUCM Admin contains both:
- The partition that contains the UCCX Route Point
- The partition that contains the UCCX CTI Ports in the Call Control Group

Thanks Aaron , the problem was solved by changing the inbound CSS on PSTN gateway from CUCM admin page and also for the translation pattern
