pulling out call in queue on the fly.

We have a situation that callers may call in on an ID but they are in the list to be called for the day.

We would want that ID pulled from the list if we make contact, so not to be called.

Is there an api call that could do this? Or can we write a query to pull caller from list directly on the informix databse?

Hi,

On the Finesse side, it doesn't get the list of agents in the outbound call list. Finesse only gets the outbound call itself when it happens.

Looking at the UCCX APIs, I don't seem to see any API that allows you to modify the list.
