Purge Historical Data

UCCX 8.5.

We're in a testing/training environment. Is it possible to purge same-day data for historical reporting?

Through the UCCX admin page I can delete everyone up to 1 day old, but not same day.

Not criticial - just want to see if it can be done.

I don't have an answer to your original question (my guess would be no); however, I will propose an alternative: use a virtual machine snapshot. You can revert the VM to the snapshot at the conclusion of every test/day. This has a second advantage of allowing you to revert configuration changes in addition to clearing the HR data.

If I really need to I'm thinking I can just rename the queues and groups affected. This should at least give me clean reports for some types. Probably not worth the trouble.
