HI,
I have cucm 7.0, UCCX 7.0 which is integrated with QM for recording. By mistake i have deleted one user agent. Is there any way to retrieve the recorded files from QM.(The recorded files for the user which i already deleted.)

Deleting a user does not delete the recordings for archive. Have you looked for them? If so, how?

Try changing the user mode in QM Desktop from "Manager" to "Archive User".
When you start the "Quality Management" desktop, there is a menu across the top of the screen that says "File Settings Help". It's VERY hard to see on my system and probably will be on your too.
Click on the "Settings" menu, then select the "Change Role or View" menu entry. Again, it is very hard to see…
On the dialog box that appears set "Role" to "Archive User", then click OK.
The layout of the Quality Management screen will then change but it will still have the familiar "First Name", "Last Name" and "FInd Contacts" button.
Try typing the name of the deleted agent into the name fields and then click "FInd Agents". They should then appear.
