Rascal server unavailble

Hello,

I got the below issue

"Unable to log the Rascal server.Call recording, agent statistics and team will be unavailble"

This happend when I want connected  into Cisco Supervizor Desktop.

Hi Aurelian

We probably need a bit more information on this issue to assist.

- What version of UCCX is this?

- Does this happen to all supervisor desktops?

- Is the UCCX server in Partial Service or IN_SERVICE?  If partial service what is not in service?

On your PC where CSD is installed you will find logs under c:\program files\cisco\desktop\log.  Specifically look at the supervisor .dbg file in an editor and see if it gives you a better description of what the issue is.
