Reason Code 0 - What is it?

Hi all,

Running CCX 8.0.2 enhanced  and the reports are showing reason code 0 times for the agents, I can't find any info on reason code 0.

Can anyone help?

Hi Rcordeiro,

When an agent first logs in, they are automatically in a not ready state with a default reason code of 0.

You can refer the below thread on the same info.

Hi Rcordeiro,

Please check if you have defined any custom Reason codes for Not Ready \ Log Out states for Agents.

There are some reserved Reason codes exisiting in the UCCX. Refer Table 9. Reserved reason codes in the below link

Refer the section" Reason Codes" from page 48 onwards in the below link for more information on this.

Thanks for your help.

That's what I was looking before posting here.

I haven't defined any reason codes, just using the ones on the system, mas I have agents with time on reason code 0 and when I look at the report I can see a description for reason code 0 (I'm using the portuguese version) that I can translate to something like "standard", but I cannot find any docs about this...
