What does this reason code mean? Looking at our Agent Login/Logout Activity reports, we have several agents with many lines of 32766 for logout and several agents without it.

32766 is a the forced log out code, are these agent staying logged in at the end of the day and being forced out by the system after an inactivity timeout?

We do not have any inactivity timeouts. Is it possible that the agents with these codes are simply closing CAD instead of going Not Ready and then Logging Out?

Yes, that's very possible. I don't have a system available to validate this, but sounds right.
