Hello,
I have a weird problem with RecordAgentGreeting VXML Application, i can hear the first wav file (please record your greeting after the beep) and then it through a badfetch.error and exit, i am using the cisco provided VXML Application, anyone faced something like this before, CVP 11.5 , below is the logfile from the activity and error log for the application, i am not able to find the badfetch in the IIS log.

Same configuration, no difference.

Did you look at this?
And are you using a phone where Agent Greeting is supported (not all are).

Yes i Did, the problem is that the script for both ICM and CVP are working, and i can see the activity log on the VXML App, its just after the system play record_greeting.wav from the VXML Application (Confirm record step) the system throws a CVP error with badfetch.

Hi Amer,
We experienced the same problem after converting a customers platform from ulaw to alaw. Recording was working fine before the conversion, so codec mismatch was our prime suspect.
After a lot of digging, I came across this in a HCS guide:
I'm assuming the default "wav" File Type implies ulaw codec - Changing to alaw as described above resolved the issue for us at least.
