I have IPCC enhanced 3.1.3 and have silent monitoring working fine, but I don't see the recording buttons, and they are not available in the desktop administrator.
What am I missing??

Once a call is active, the agent is expandable. Expand him, then click on "Inbound" [or whatever appears]. At that point the "Start Record" icon is visible and active.

Hi,
To Record a call on the Supervisor Desktop you need to select the call leg (Inbound or Outbound) for the agent Agent you are trying to Record. You should then see the Record button.
Also check if you have license file for recording.
