Remote Monitoring at AW

Hi All,

Remote Silent Monitoring requires a separate Server for the UCCE Solution, Can we deploy Remote Silent monitoting Suite on AW Server or we need a dedicated servert for Remote Silent Monitoring.

AW is our separate Server, we are using Rogger and PG as a separate Servers.

Remote Monitring is installed with CAD i.e. on the CUCM Agent PG.

For lab purpose, you can install all of them with AW as a sprawler, but not for Production.

We are using CTIOS, I have a concern if I am using AW with Remote silent Monitoring as a single server, does it will impact the performance of the server, however, we are using PG and Rogger as different MCS servers.

Why do you want to use AW as your Remote Monitoring server anyway?

Why cant you instal it with your CTIOS on the PG server?

You don't need a monitoring server if you're using CTIOS you can do UCM or CTIOS silent monitoring.  What exactly are you trying to accomplish?  Is this real time monitoring?  Or recording for later listening?

Install Remote Silent Monitoring on another box, not one of your ICM boxes.
