I was wondering how is set the Remote Silence Monitoring licencing model. Is it based on the number of SIMPhone purchased ?

RSM is included with a CCE premium seat license but please keep in mind that we have recently initiated end of life of the product across all versions.

Thank you for your answer. I just realised that the number of license I should pay attention is not on the RSM but on the IP-IVR port used with RSM.

Can you tell me if there will be a replacement produc for the RSM ?

no replacement product at this time but this is something we are investigating.
