Remove List of Contacts from Make New Call in Cisco Finesse

Dear All,

I would like to get your help, advice, on removing List of Contact part from Cisco Finesse Make New Call Option. I have attached a screenshot for that. Would like to keep dial-Pad only and Cursor should highlight on Dail Pad.

Hi,

This ask cannot be achieved in the product. However, if needed, a custom gadget needs to built (which replaces the default call control gadget), for which Devnet can be contacted.
