Customer has this situation: "we are implement credit card payment in our IVR. As a result we are making a REST call on the IVR script to post the payment information on a URL. However each time we attempt the REST call we are receiving a status code error of 412 and the following response: "java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out".
we have verified that the UCCX servers are able to reach the URL"
Could you please advice? Thanks...

Not able to open your script form some reasons. You might want to check the below defect and contact TAC in case you are also using a secure URL to apply the workaround:

Hello,
Is it possible to check Credit Card information with web service by using make rest call?
My senary is as follows :
- Customer enters Customer ID, Credit Card Number, Credit Card Dead Date, Security Pasword and payment.
- All infomation sent to web service to control all information. All info true or not.

They haven't verified the servers can reach the URL. That seems pretty obvious - the connection is timing out.
Could be a security issue on the web service box, the UCCX box, or in between - but I can't see how they could have tested it 'from' the CCX box as it's an appliance and the script engine isn't able to connect to it...
