I'm facing a strange issue, i was checking the CCX Report "Detailed Call CSQ Agent", i saw the ring time sometime more than 1 minute, note that i put it to 15 seconds in the select resource step in the script.
I see that your variable is a parameter. Can you check all of the applications which are using this script, to see if someone accidentally overwrote the parameter value to a higher one? Liike maybe 75 seconds?
