Hi Gents,
In RCD table we are getting lots of calls with RouterErrorCode 448. Any idea what could be the reason and how could we solve it. Its Request Type is Post Route and Originator type is VRU.
Software Versions:
CVP 8.5 with ES 6
ICM 8.5.4 with no ES or any other patch
CUCM 8.5

Hi,
I'd assume it's a sign of abandoned calls in IVR or queue - abandoned by the caller.

But most of them are connected calls to agent

Can you give me an example? Can you post one row from the RCD table and the corresponding rows from TCD?
