Can we use other Admin users login credentials to login to RTMT (Real-Time Monitoring Tool) or using "application user" is the only option?

Hello ,
No unfortunately that not possible .
Only the Application user would work to launch the RTMT application.
Mainly due to permission assign to such user while being created during the installation.
We could only change its username and pass:
utils reset_application_ui_administrator_name
utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password

How do I find the Application User that was created when my UCCX was installed? The one I was given is not working. Sincerely- Beth

Hi, try to go to System > Cisco Unified CM Configuration and check for the Cluster Wide Parameters. You will find 3 users that must be created under Application Users in CM. If you modify password for those users in CM, update them here too and reset services.
