Hi All,
I have integarted salesforce with UCCX. However i am getting the below error:
I have configured all paramaters related to ACMI adapter correctly
ACMI Server Address:IPCC server IP
ACMI Server Port:42027
and also added the user under Managed user
Observation:
++i cannot even telent to the port 42027 from the IPCC server itself
++searched the TCP port of uccx and found 42027 is used for ACMI message interface
++took the sniffer trace from the system, and filtered with IP of UCCX , but didn't any port wit 42027, however i can see port 43027
++i tried to telnet the port 43027 from server and from remote system and it gets established.
++tried changing ACM server port to 43027, but it didn't helped
UCCX Version:7.0(1)SR05
I am not sure only with this configuration this will work or not.Highly appreciate if someone can help on this.
I have followed the attached document for integrating sales force with UCCX

run "netstat -an | more" from UCCX server command prompt. Also try telnet to 42027 on the server. 42027 is the CTI server for UCCX 7.

As I have mentioned earlier on the post - I am NOT able to telnet to the port 42027 from the UCCX server itself.
But when I try with the port : 43027 , it works.
Even the "netstat -a" shows a port 43027, but no traces of 42027.
Also, is there any relation between the two ports - 42027 and 43027 ??
Do you by any chance have any documentation for integrating SalesForce with the UCCX (apart from the one which I have attached )
Thanks !
Regards,
Sanoop

Check the 'cti_connector ' logs so that you can find exact error.
Can you check the registry on the CCX server in the following path and find what the value is for com.cisco.wf.subsystems.rmcm.tcpPort
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems, Inc.\CRS\Properties\SubsystemRmCm.properties
This should be set to 42027 to communicate UCCX with salesforce.
