Hi,
is it possible to save the location, modified settings of the CAD 6.1 for an Agent? Every time the CAD starts, it show up default settings (column size, position on screen...) ?

The Cisco Agent Desktop software provides the core component of the Cisco Agent Desktop application: the softphone, workflow automation, login, call and agent event logging, and agent real-time statistics.
With Cisco Agent Desktop, you have the option of using either a Cisco IP Phone (7940 or 7960) or media termination (softphone). The media termination softphone allows the agent to make, answer, transfer, and conference calls. If your version of Cisco Agent Desktop includes media termination, agents do not need a physical IP phone; they can use the Cisco Agent Desktop softphone by itself.

Hi,
Did you find a solution to this issue? I have a similar problem. I'm trying to display a variable in the Enterprise data field that is > 15 charachters long. In order to view the data the agent has to resisize the Data column each time they log in to CAD, ie the resize settings are no saved.

There is an interface settings ini file, which (apparently) allows you to change settings for column width, window position, etc., in: C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\config\agent.ini
It's not really clear which settings apply to which column, so you may have to play around with the settings. Don't forget to restart the CAD Agent each time.
