I have a few users who's screen recording isn't working.
The application has been installed on the computer.
I need some hints on how to troubleshoot this issue.
How can I confirm the screen recording software is installed?
Should I see it running as a service?
Are there any configuration settings to check on the PC?
I've attached an image of what I'm seeing
Any help would be appreciated!!!

If you are using Calabrio One, Check if the users are Active in Calabrio. Also check the CalabrioOne Desktop application which is running is updated, also check the services are running on their PC. Uninstall and Reinstall the app if necessary.
Finally, make some test calls to their line and make sure that the calls are getting recorded in Calabrio.
