Hi Everyone

The helpdesk manager came to me and asked me if when no agents are logged in could I have the calls routed to an outside answering service. I'm not that great with script editing so I wanted to know if someone can out line the steps I would take to edit the script so it will route calls off net when no one is logged in.

Thanks for replying but what I did was copied a call redirect from another script and modified it and now the other script is working fine.
