You should change/update this certificate, and check related certificates until 09/30.

also it should effect every uccx because its a global root ca and no private cert.

I just delete the built-in public certs as they expire.

Same here. As long as you keep your system(s) up to date there should be no problem in removing expiring certificates that are part of what Cisco provides as part of the installation/upgrades. At least that’s my experience on this.
