how to see the PQ prioritychanging for the RONAed calls

Hello All,

I have set  a set a different priority for the RONAed calls , I am not able to understand where to see the RONAed call coming with different priority (which i set ).

if its in CUIC , could anyone tell me how to see that.

You don’t “see” the priority change, you can test it to ensure it works (it will). There is no reporting specifically around priority. An easy way to “see” it is to check out the ASA for RONA calls versus non-RONA. It should be significantly lower.

I was just checking if I can display the Queue_priority on finesse to ensure if its the priority is changing on my test script .

You could set it as a peripheral variable and display it in Finesse if that's really what you wanted to do.
