Seeking help implementing an "IF" statement

I'm want to add this IF statement to an existing Scrip.
The Scrip I'm copying the IF statement from uses a Subflow that gathered parameters and I'm guessing this is the part that I need to resolve.

I'm very much a beginner at Scripts!
Any help would be much appreciated.
