I'm researching the usage of UCCX, but only have experience with UCCE so far.
I have a working CCX script to which I'd like to add a custom block of VXML. I have this vxml in a file hosted in an IIS service.
Which step element in CCX Editor do I use to send this VXML chunk, unprocessed, to the VVB? Is this even possible?
The Voice Browser step looked like what I needed but it appears to try and parse the vxml, which is complicated, and only ends in an error in the logs.
Maybe I need to use the Remote Java Object or REST call steps? Never used those so not sure how they work.
