Send looped messages in whatsApp chat flow queue.

Hello,

i want to setup a service flow on webex connect to implement a queue with multiple PIQ messages to be played every 5 minutes and stops when customer is routed to an agent.

I implemented that for livechat Queue Task node >> PIQ node >> search conversation node >> sending whatsapp text message node >> delay 120 seconds >> search conversation another promo message and delay 180 seconds then circle back to the first search conversation node

but when i enter arabic text inside the text nodes .. the next search conversation node fails going from output conversationclosed and not conversationinqueue. anyone knows what can be done as a workaround to fix this ?

If that works perfectly with English, ask Cisco TAC to help you with different language

I already knew the issue. it was in my config and i solved it, it had nothing to do with arabic language. Thanks @Konstantin Vaksin exCisco
