Hi. I need help In the report contac service Queue servis level priorit. the repeated service queues appear. Previously make a change in the queue field called "Wrapup Time" and "Automatic Work"

Hi,
When you do changes on CSQ configuration, new CSQ record ID will be created in database while the older record is preserved but marked "Inactive" (CSQ ID will be shown in the report by default). You will see multiple entries in the report since CUIC will run same query on all CSQ IDs which used to be "Active" during the covered period and will show them one be one. To see one entry for each CSQ, you need to manually divide the report duration "before" and "after" the config change when you generate reports.
