I have calls leaving a Script going to a main line. I was just asked if there is a way to notify the Call Handler (Live Person) it is a call from the UCCX script. Apparently there is a specific Greating for people to say if the caller is comming from the UCCX system.....
Such as "From Call Tree" Or "800-XXX-XXXX"
Is this Possible?

Hi,
yes, everything is possible.
1. Create a new call contact to the 'main line' number.
2. Play a prompt, e.g. "this is a call from the call center".
3. Transfer the original call contact to the new one.
