SIP Proxy Server licenses for CVP

I am trying to price a CVP solution with SIP Proxy servers and I am not able to get information about ordering the CUSP option.

The CCBU pricing guide and the ordering tool talks about "PXY-8X-SPM-SW" SKU to be ordered with CUPS but there is no information about how a CUSP can be ordered, if you have this information please help.
