Small Call Center - Hunt List/Group + UCCX + CTI Route Point

Guys,

          We are deploying a small kind of call center for our local helpdesk it will have 4 to 6 phones, we have created the Hunt List/Group and the Line Group in order to make it work, and it is working OK, but we were wondering if it is possible to somehow include and audio like "All our represetatives are busy, please try again later", when the hunting has finished and it haven't find anybody able to answer the call. We have UCCX deployed but at this moment we don't have enough licenses to implement ACDs, so we made a simple script with a prompt but we couldn't add a CTI Route Point in the Line Group, and we also found that it is not possible. So... Is there any solution there to accomplish this goal?

Can you join the last member of the hunt group to a VM?

What is your CUCM version? As of 9.X you have native queueing feature available where you build queues via the hunt pilot configuration and MOH source file settings.

With 7.1 you cannot do any queueing nor playing of announcements in CUCM. Your option to play announcement would be to route the call to Unity Connection voicemail or via the CCX as pointed out by David. But calls will simply hunt through the extensions via specified algorithm (longest idle, broadcast, top-down, circular) and then if not answered within specified timers go to call forward no answer defined on the hunt pilot, where the destination can be Unity voicemail extension, etc.
