socialminer 12.0 web page error

Hi all,
I have fresh install socialminer 12.0.
An HTTP 403 error has occurred and I can not connect.
It was normal in 12.0 below version.
Please help me.

Hi,

SM 12.0 has blocked SM admin interface by default. You need to whitelist SM IP with the help of 

utils whitelist admin_ui add <your system ip trying to access SM>

Once you are done with whitelist of IP, you need to restart  SM tomcat as well.

Can anybody be able to add SocialMiner 12 in UCCX 12 configuration?

I always get the error

"Authentication error occured. SocialMiner username or password is invalid. Please check whether caps lock key is on"

I have already added UCCX IP address in SocialMiner whitelist but still not work.

Access to SocialMiner admin web page directly is fine.

Were you able to resolve this issue. I have added both uccx IPs to the socialminer whitelist, but I am still getting the error "Authentication error occured. SocialMiner username or password is invalid. Please check whether caps lock key is on."

I also have valid certificates on both uccx nodes and social miner.
