i am trying to set up email queuing using UCCX 11.6 and SocialMiner.
SocialMiner has to have secure IMAP access to an Exchange Server on TCP port 993.
I have tried setting this up and get a message from SocialMiner that the username or password is invalid. I can access the email box ok with Exchange but it fails when I try a from a secure IMAP email client (Thunderbird).
Thunderbird detects that the authentication settings on the server are set to Kerberos/GSSAPI.
I have tried setting this to Normal Password without success.
Is there some setting on Exchange that needs to be changed to support password authentication? The customer does not have anyone available who knows much about Exchange and I would like to know whether this is the likely issue before telling them that they need to get a specialist in.
