Is it possible if I can restrict my supervisor not to delete call recordings for the agents ? In other words I want all the supervisors to listen to the recordings but they should not able delete them.

Hi ,
By Default recording file will get deleted automatically from system . If you are using UCCX 8.X then
you can download all the recording files via SFTP .
