Hi everyone
I am looking for solution of my survey script.
I would like to write a simple survey script for our call center in which i'll take response from customer and save in my external SQL database which is integrated with UCCX.
The UCCX i am using is 11.6 version. i wrote one script but getting an error in dbwrite step.. please find the attached pic for more clarification..
any help will be highly appriaciate..
